The idea is that by knowing the self, the other creatures, the world, and realizing that there is a relationship between all, a connection, each person has the ability and the possibility to consciously choose and to shape the way she lives, a harmonious and balanced life.
The realisation of the idea is done by theory (knowledge) in practice (experience).
